Property Description
Newly refurbished town house style villa offering spectacular views in the lovely La Hacienda community, great for families with children. Villa Encanto is accessed via the secured, communal courtyard gardens where there is a large communal pool. The villa has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a further WC.
As for the location? You’re less than 5-minute walk to the sea from famous Burriana Beach, Carabeo Beach as well as only a 15-minute walk to the centre of Nerja. There are many restaurants, bars, supermarkets, and shops within a short walk. It is also very near to our Villa Rayo de Sol and all of our other properties in the Parador area.
On the ground floor, there is the small twin bedroom with two single beds (80cm x 180cm), a WC and then the open plan kitchen and living area. This living room opens out to the spectacular private terrace with stunning views over Burriana Beach and your very own private HEATED plunge pool (2m x 1m)! Upstairs there is another twin bedroom with two full size single beds and its balcony, a shared shower room with WC and then the master bedroom with king-size bed, ensuite bathroom with twin basins, bath and shower, and a lovely balcony with the same views as from the private terrace.
This property is ideal for families and groups as it sleeps 6 people also the heated plunge pool is an added bonus for families with small children or for couples looking for a romantic get away.
Facilities include a fully fitted kitchen with oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge freezer, safe, washing machine, free wifi, TV with international channels and air-conditioning in all rooms. You will find free street parking in the surrounding area. The large communal pool is 8 x 6 m (depths of 0.55 to 1.85 m) which is open from 09:00 to 21:00 all year round.
All rentals include bed linen and towels which are changed weekly for stays over 10 nights. End of stay cleaning is also included. We have a range of optional services available at an additional cost and subject to availability - including welcome food packs, cots, highchairs, beach towels, additional housekeeping, taxi transfers and pets (on request) ...
Nerja really does offer something for everyone – whether wandering around the typically Spanish streets of whitewashed houses and the famous Balcón de Europa, shopping in the lively commercial area, enjoying the many water sports available at one of our amazing beaches, hiking in the incredible Sierra Almijara or making the most of free tapas still served with drinks in most bars – you’ll never be bored!
The local caves – Cueva de Nerja – and the neighbouring hillside “Pueblo Blanco”, Frigiliana, are incredible must-sees during your stay. Further afield but within easy reach there are waterparks, aquariums, zoos, golf courses, the beautiful Sierra Nevada Mountain range with fabulous skiing over the winter months and the beautiful Andalusian cities of Málaga, Seville, Cordoba and Granada. Nerja has a great network of public transport – or you can hire a car to discover the area at your own pace.
