Villa Concha Blanca is a brand new four-bedroom villa with multiple terraces, a private pool and private parking for one vehicle within the grounds,
The villa is located in a prestigious residential area just a 8-minute walk from Burriana Beach and 15-minute walk from the historic centre of Nerja and the famous Balcón de Europa. There are many restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets within an easy walk of the villa. It is next door to our Villa Las Palmeras which also has a communicating door between the pool areas ideal for larger groups - and it is near all of our other properties in the Parador area.
On the ground floor, Villa Concha Blanca has one Kingsize double room with ensuite bathroom, an open plan modern kitchen, living and dining room and further shower room with WC. The living area has French windows opening onto a delightful terrace which has outside furniture to relax and enjoy a glass of wine whilst overlooking the large pool. From this terrace you have direct access to the pool area and large terrace with barbecue and an additional table shaded by a pergola. Upstairs there are 3 further bedrooms; a Kingsize master bedroom with en-suite bathroom (with shower), plus two twin rooms which share another bathroom. The twin bedrooms also have French windows out to the terrace overlooking the pool from where there are stairs leading up to a roof terrace also with wonderful views of the town, sea and mountains.
Facilities include a fully fitted kitchen with oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge freezer, washing machine, safe, free wifi, TV with international channels, air-conditioning in all rooms. The villa has private off-street parking, a private pool (5m x 4m and 1.20 to 1.4m depth), barbecue, outside furniture and 8 sunbeds.
All rentals include bed linen and towels which are changed weekly for stays over 10 nights. End of stay cleaning is also included. We have a range of optional services available at an additional cost and subject to availability - including welcome food packs, cots, highchairs, beach towels, additional housekeeping, taxi transfers and pets (on request) ...

The local caves – Cueva de Nerja – and the neighbouring hillside “Pueblo Blanco”, Frigiliana, are incredible must-sees during your stay. Further afield but within easy reach there are waterparks, aquariums, zoos, golf courses, the beautiful Sierra Nevada Mountain range with fabulous skiing over the winter months and the beautiful Andalusian cities of Málaga, Seville, Cordoba and Granada. Nerja has a great network of public transport – or you can hire a car to discover the area at your own pace.
